IPATH begins with the heart opener-MFR releasing tension, the first layer of stress. This 30 min IPATH Heart Opener video will help relieve tension, and stress, using myofascial release techniques. You will need 2 4x6x9" yoga blocks. Each pose is explained and demonstrated- Heart Opener, Halo Pose, and Vitruvian Pose.. This practice is peaceful and passive, intended to relax the fascia and muscles using the breath along with guided movements. Please consult your physician or an IPATH teacher before using this video.
